She's played by Bobbie Mitchell. The funny thing is, though it's the same character, she's sometimes credited as Nurse Lyons, Nurse Baker or Nurse Able. I don't ever remember them giving her a first name though. She's in several episodes, always bouncing in between Hawkeye and Trapper, but more often found with Hawkeye. It's crazy how they used the same actresses to play a different nurse in almost every episode, lol.

The only episode they actually called her Lt. Gage was "Dear Peggy" when BJ is writing a letter home to Peg. She's in the scene where Hawkeye is trying to see how many people he can fit into a jeep. She was in other episodes such as "George" (Hawkeye paints her toe nails), "Divided We Stand", "Pay Day", "House Arrest" and "There's Nothing Like A Nurse." She has a different name in each episode, but never a first name. Very strange, lol.
