A person in a wheel chair wanted to get on the bus this morning and the bus driver didn;t know how to work the machine that lets people in a wheel chair on the bus and he knew that he didn't know how to do it but kept pretending he did and keep fooling with it while the person in the wheel chair is waiting to get on the bus in the rain.
So the person in the wheel chair eventually told the bus driver-"that's ok I will just wait in the rain for another bus"
Saddest Moment in Philadelphia Public Transtation History-lol How the hell did he even become a bus driver or was he a subsitute?

The Wheelchair lift could have been broken, I know in NYC there are more broken chair lifts than working ones when I was still living there. I always wondered do they not check these things before they take to bus out the garage? I would be on the bus I would cringe everytime someone in a wheelchair wanted to get on. Because if the lift got stuck they would have to put the bus "out of service" and everyone would to get of the bus. However it rarely happens in the Bay Area where I live know.

It wasn't broken, the sound of his voice and his boy language showed he had no clue what he was doing-lol
It got so bad that some people asked to get off the bus because the got tired of seeing him messing with the machine

@_@ Something is wrong with the bus system in that town......here the drivers are well trained and youd never see that kind of thing

Sounds like someone wasn't trained properly. Unless it is not working properly, there is no reason whatsoever for a bus driver to not know how to work that device.
