Lets say the wonder years the 1988-1993 show was never made and it was coming soon to the air who would you want to be casted for the parts at least the main characters?

I have no idea who the young actors of today are. But, looking at TWY from 20 years ago... had Danica or Josh done any major roles? Jason Hervey had been on "Diff'rent Strokes" a few times.

I guess I just can't offer a suggestion.

I know . . . no actors today are really anything like the characters on The Wonder Years. Jack was uptight and tired (work's work), Norma was a bit naive, yet easygoing. Kevin was one of the best characters on television (mainly because of the great acting done by Fred Savage). No kids are anything like Paul and Winnie. This one is really impossible to do.

It would be impossible to do because the show is so timeless that it wouldn't be nearly as good if they did it today.
