Were you surprised by what Sam did to the Demon Lady at the end of the show? Wonder how this will effect Dean's 1 year contract?

I was a little bit surprised, but Sam's behavior (since his "resurrection") has
deviated quite a bit lately from the first two seasons. He seems to be, for
lack of a better word, colder in terms of his emotions (esp. toward demons).
And remember when Dean was told that when his brother came back that
he might not be the same Sam.

^ The old Sam wouldn't have been so cold and detached. I can't blame him for shooting her, she was a demon after all. But it didn't seem to bother him when he pulled the trigger. I'm also wondering if this will have any effect on Dean's contract.

I hope the demons won't come after Dean now that Sam's shot one of the main ones.
