hi pav and to anyone who reads this, i dont know if this got overlooked, but on the natinal feed of wgn, it shows on direct tv listings, that today on halloween their will be a munsters marathon today... did wgn get the rights for just one day? or do they also have the rights without us knowing? thanks

You'll be howling with laughter as Superstation WGN presents "The Munsters Halloween Day Marathon," 12 classic back-to-back episodes featuring television's first family of fright, "The Munsters." The six-hour marathon with the odd occupants of 1313 Mockingbird Lane will air Wednesday, October 31st from 2:00 p.m. ET (11:00 a.m. PT) until 8:00 p.m. ET (5:00 p.m. PT).

"The Munsters Halloween Day Marathon" will feature the following classic episodes:

2:00PM "My Fair Munster" – In this, the very first produced episode of "The Munsters", Grandpa tries to cure Marilyn's dating problems with a love potion that he slips into her breakfast but ends up being served to the rest of the family.

2:30PM "Munster Masquerade" – Marilyn's boyfriend talks his parents into inviting the Munsters to their masquerade party before he meets them.

3:00PM "Rock-a-bye Munster" – Herman and Grandpa assume that Lily is pregnant after eavesdropping on a conversation between Lily and Marilyn. Paul Lynde guest stars.

3:30PM "Lo-Cal Munster" – Herman nearly loses his mind when he goes on a crash-diet and his doctor, guest star Paul Lynde, has a similar reaction when they meet for the first time.

4:00PM "Eddie's Nickname" – Eddie wants to quit school after his schoolmates nickname him "Shorty." But that becomes the least of his problems when Grandpa mixes up a "magic milkshake" that's supposed to make Eddie grow six inches taller overnight.

4:30PM "Herman the Rookie" – Herman tries-out for the Los Angeles Dodgers and baseball legend Leo Durocher.

5:00PM "Herman Picks a Winner" – When Herman attempts to teach Eddie a lesson about the risks of gambling, he gets himself mixed up with an illegal gambling racket. Charlie Callas guest stars.

5:30PM "Grandpa's Lost Wife" – When a woman claims Grandpa is her long-lost husband, he denies ever having seen her before... until, that is, she alludes to her financial wealth. Jane Withers guest stars.

7:00PM "Just Another Pretty Face" – Herman becomes disfigured by a bolt of electricity and ends up looking like Fred Gwynne. Dom DeLuise guest stars.

7:30PM "A Visit from Johann" – Dr. Victor Frankenstein IV comes to Mockingbird Heights and asks Herman to help him civilize one of his great grandfather's rejects who's been terrifying people and looks exactly like Herman.
