Remember it doesn't have to be remotely 80s, it can be in any either further before the decade or earlier in the decade.
Lisa Welchel(from the first three season of FOL) had the most beautiful mane of hair I ever seen. It was very stylish and longish, perfect for her Blair character. I always thought her hairstyle was very sophisicated and sexy on Lisa.
Going back to further, but I always thought David Cassidy in the Patridge Family Days had the best looking and prettiest shag I ever seen in my life. Never see a neater mane that was parted neatly in the middle and hung almost like a mullet when his hair was growing in the later seasons. That hairdo later became both the ultimate 70s and 80s working class hairstyle, plus that hairstyle never did die in the 80s. It resurfaced itself.
