Just a bunch of jumble in a boring schedule. So, on weekends, we get 3 shows the entire night? Sounds like an exciting night there. And maybe I shouldn't be complainging about this, since it is actually on the schedule, but what's with the 11pm hour? Way too confusing for me, If they're gonna give us 4 hours of Fresh Prince every night continuously, why not give up the 11pm hour for Roseanne and Cosby?

Not only that, but we get Full House and Home Improvement some nights too, which makes no sense. What they should have done was airing 2 episodes of Roseanne at 11 on Mondays and Tuesdays, Cosby on Saturdays and Sundays, or something along those lines, just to make it less confusing.

And I'm not even gonna bother with the rotating wheel of shows at 5:30 am ONCE A WEEK. They're aiirng 4 shows in that slot, once a week. What the hell gives?

Pavan, I have a question. What's airing Tuesdays at 11:30? I don't think you have it listed.

They probably won't even be sticking to this schedule, the whole network is unpredictable except for Fresh Prince.

It sure is a weird hour. It's good to see thir trying to work in Roseanne and Cosby in some way though. Too bad Full House gets so many airings. It seems like no show can never survive that 9pm hour before getting replaced by Full House.

And why so much Prince? Having 4 hours of it every night is just insane, especially when they got so many other good shows to air.

It looks like AFV is going to be put on hiatus.It doesn't need to air on Nick at Nite, it already airs at 3:00 AND 7:00 on WGN, plus at 10:00 on ABCFamily. I'd love for some of my shows to be on that much. :rolleyes:

That's the way it should be. If they're going to air FH at all, it would probably git better on Nickelodeon, at 8:30.

They did do that when Growing Pains came. At first Growing Pains was airing 9-10pm and Full House at 8:30, then they replaced it at 9pm with Full House.

I think that's smart to air FH at 8:30. It makes a good 'bed time' show I guess [for the Nick crowd].

What's the point of airing a HI episode at 11:30 one night when it's already on so much? Another Cosby episode would seem more logical.

Nick at Nite has put Fresh Prince on 11pm-12am now Sun-Thurs, at least next week, so no weird hour of shows now. So Roseanne and Cosby Show are off the regular schedule now.

This is now NOT happening:

Yes, the sixth season finale. They thought they would be back, but it got canceled. If the show was made in-house (it's Warner Bros., not Disney-ABC Studios) on ABC, it would have been back, I bet, like According to Jim will return for a 7th season.

has anyone seen the new NAN homepage? They kept the colors purple and orage, but changed it around quite a bit. I just find it funny how they list AFV and Roseanne as "catch it every night!" while both aren't airing at all.

I remember a simpler time, back when N@N had variety. Back when The Cosby Show got 32 airings per week and Cheers got 25.
Of course, they just got that all out of the way during the first half of the night. Then in the 2nd half they'd air Wings, and Family Ties, and Coach, and Perfect Strangers, and Head of the Class. Now THAT was nice.

For Sunday, November 25th (I realize that's still awhile away), NAN will changed their primetime schedule to this:
9:00 Full House
9:00 Fresh Prince
10:00 Home Improvement
10:30 Cosby Show
11:00 Roseanne
11:30 Roseanne

But, it's just for that night only. I think NAN's opinion of satisfying their viewers is by giving us a couple episodes of Roseanne and Cosby once every few weeks, and giving us nothing but Fresh Prince in the wee hours of the morning. I applaud their efforts :lol:

Solomon, you should have known it wasn't a permanent schedule-it's NAN, afterall.

Actually, I really like this episode. We get 1 episode of both Fresh Prince, Full House, Cosby, and Home Improvement, plus 2 episodes of Roseanne, all before midnight. That's the way the schedule shoud be looking, instead of just having 3 shows take up the entire lineup. I don't like GL, but if they'd throw in en episode along with the other shows, I could care less.

You're right . . . they changed it. Instead, it looks like they have a Fresh Prince marathon all night that Sunday. Although, this Sunday, they do have this schedule listed:

Because it's sometimes better to just turn on the TV and watch the show rather than having to take out the DVD, choose your episode, and get through all the DVD menus. Plus, whenever NAN airs Roseanne and Cosby nowadays, I'll make sure to watch no matter what.

True. Is Oxygen (or Oh!, whatever they call it) still airing Roseanne? If not, that's just strange....one of the most popular shows from the 1990s hardly airing in syndication.

I often wonder if TBS will eventually bring it back, like they did with FPoBA. It would fit well with some of their other shows, maybe mid-afternoon.

I think Roseanne only airs on Oxygen on Monday afternoons. They have an 8 episode marathon, and that's it for the week.

It was on a Thursday afternoon like last week. They pretty much just air it sporadically, whenever they decide to. I've also seen Living Single and A Different World pop up a few times. I don't think I've ever seen Grace Under Fire or Mad About You (if they even hae rights to these shows anymore) on the sked in awhile.

I do enjoy the marathons, though. Whenever I'm sick of watching Family Matters on ABC Family, I'll switch over to Roseanne.

Well, the same thing for December. The same exact schedule as November, with Fresh Prince taking up the entire latenight and Roseanne and Cosby nowhere to be found.

They have also scheduled Christmas episodes the week of Dec. 3-7, Dec. 17-21 11pm-midnight, and marathons Dec. 16 and 25 9pm-midnight. And let me tell you . . . even though Fresh Prince only had 2 Christmas episodes, it's probably airing the most of all the shows. The 5 day marathons show Roseanne, Cosby, Fresh Prince, Home Improvement, and George Lopez, and the 1-day marathons only show FP, GL, and HI.

Sweeps was never the reason for FP in the overnights. 3-6am is not really where Nick at Nite would do sweep stunts. I think FP just does well at all times.

That's exactly what I thought. But TVLtheLink over at the NAN/TVL boards insisted that NAN was airing FP 3-6am because of November sweeps.

So, that's why i was insisting NAN make a new excuse for airing it in December-LOL

I find it funny how the 10:30 airings get on the list, but the 10pm airings don't do as well. You'd think it would be the opposite. And does this mean that this show is actually doing better than Fresh Prince? I guess their really are miracles :rolleyes:

Well, it is a top 10 list. Maybe the 10pm airings are in the top 20. And it is a good sign, because it means the show is building in the hour.

Fresh Prince is not in primetime (8-11pm), but I think it builds or is on par with George's 18-49 numbers. No sign of Home Improvement at all in the top 10 ever.

Well, it is a top 10 list. Maybe the 10pm airings are in the top 20. And it is a good sign, because it means the show is building in the hour.

Fresh Prince is not in primetime (8-11pm), but I think it builds or is on par woth George's 18-49 numbers. No sign of Home Improvement at all in the top 10 ever.

I forgot about Fresh Prince not being in the top 10. That's probably why it does so good then-LOL. It's too bad about Home Improvement. I guess GL is just a current show, which is why it's doing better than the more classic shows like Home Improvement and Roseanne.
