How many of you live someplace that has same-day garbage pickup?

At the beginning of this month, Maumee, Ohio, the Toledo suburb I used to live in, switched to one-day pickup. It used to be five, and it makes no real sense that I know of. Maumee's population is a little over 15,000.

It's just once a week here at the opposite end of Ohio. Trash day is Monday.

Garbage day is when I walk it out to the dumpster :lol:

The cities I've lived in in several different states have had either once or twice a week, but I've not had everyday before.

Everyday? That seems a little excessive.

That's interesting to know - yes, I drive by the Allied trucks every time I head to work on Mondays.
