For me, the best nights to watch TV are Mondays and Thursdays.

Mondays:
How I Met Your Mother (though I don't watch it every week anymore), The Big Bang Theory, Aliens In America, Samantha Who? and Heroes.

Thursdays:
The Office, 30 Rock, Smallville, ER, and Grey's Anatomy (though I don't watch it every week anymore).

To me, aside from Saturday (being the obvious choice), the worst nights for TV are Sunday and Tuesday.

I love watching Ugly Betty and Supernatural on Thursdays. I like Smallville too but I admit the past couple of weeks I've been sacraficing it for UB. And then there is Grey's Anatomy which I watch occassionally, usually when Supernatural is a rerun. I would definitely say Thursday is a good night and is my favorite.

Wednesday nights are the best. Criminal Minds and CSI:NY. Thursdays would be second, Sunday third. Every other night is boring.

Best:
Mondays-Chuck, Heroes, How I Met Your Mother, and Big Bang Theory
Thursdays-Smallville, Ugly Betty, TNA Wrestling.

Worst:
Friday-Nothing is on that I like.
Saturdays-Nothing is on.

Friday (Degrassi: TNG)

Tuesday and Saturday

Wednsday only - for Back to You. I don't watch any other sitcoms. :(

second best for me is Mondays: TWO AND A HALF MEN (if there's something better on though, I'll skip that), RULES OF ENGAGMENT, and CSI: MIAMI.

That's 5 NBC shows in a row! LOL.That's my favorite lineup on TV right now. I even stuck around for Scrubs last night. I heard it's an awesome show, but I only saw a few episodes years ago. I enjoyed it though.

The best night is Wednesdays because of Back To You!!!

Sunday (FOX), Monday (CBS) and Wednsday (Back to You)

Tuesday and Saturday are the worst days of the week and are usually the "ratings pit". Nobody watches on these nights.

Best: Monday & Thursday Night (too many shows to list) lol!

Worst: Saturday

Yes, Monday and Thursday--Monday=ABC Day and Thursday=NBC Day. Pretty much the whole night I watch those networks.
