I was just commenting on this yesterday in another thread. I saw it once several years ago. It's three first season episodes -- The Benefit, Breaking the Lease, and one other I can't remember -- tied together with new material. I thought it was well done when I saw it and the way they tied the three episodes together flowed really well.

But you know exactly what will happen, people will get copies made of the disc that has the movie on it, i mean, asking them to pay another 200 bucks just to get this movie is ridiculous, not to mention typically GREEDY on their part.

Well, just so people know, the amount of new material in that "movie" only amounts to about 10 minutes TOTAL. Otherwise, it's just three episodes you've already seen a thousand times.

Yeah, exactly why i wasn't too excited about this ALLEGED movie, this is just the film they were to release as a feature back then but shelved it because they thought it would compete with their Long Long Trailer. If they HAD to put three eps together as a film, you'd think they'd choose better ones, like the classic ones. But i still will buy that set, it's the greatest sitcom of all time and it's LUCY so . . . MONEY IS NO OBJECT!
