View Full Version : Drew Carey: A PLEASANT Surprise
ethelmaepotter 10-18-2007, 05:08 PM I was one of those people who scoffed at the notion of Drew Carey hosting TPIR. I have to say, I eat my words. He is a pleasant surprise and he brings a different kind of warm, comfy feeling to the show. He is not the guy from The Drew Carey Show or Whose Line Is It Anyway? He is the right man for the job. TPIR will be around for awhile longer and many thanks go to Drew for that.

I don't know what channel you have been watching but He has been nothing but a Nervous Wreck who can't stop smiling, and looks like a Fill In insteead of the actual host
Mikado 10-18-2007, 07:01 PM Im with Solomon on this one; now, ill admit Ive never been a Drew Cary fan, but, here hes even worse than usual; hes stiff and lifeless, makes bad jokes and seems as if he has no idea what hes doing out there, to me.

Which game?
TVFactFan 10-20-2007, 10:36 PM Which game?
Any of them, the way he explains it makes seem like he does not have a full understanding of how the game is played either

How on earth did the contestant's manage to play?
Please cite which show and games he had trouble with so I can check it out for myself!

Memorzing is GOOD? He needs to LEARN the rules not memorize them
friendsfan77 10-20-2007, 11:49 PM Drew has near 80 games to memorize. When the show first came back in 1972, the first week consisted of, like, 5.
