View Full Version : Perfect Strangers is FINALLY coming! TV_Fan 10-17-2007, 01:29 PM Read it here: http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/news/Perfect-Strangers-Season-1-Season-2-Press-Release/8287 TVQuack 10-17-2007, 01:40 PM I just posted this myself on another site....awesome news...can't wait! Carrie 10-17-2007, 02:07 PM Great news! Thanks for posting! JulieSomoski 10-17-2007, 04:28 PM Good to news to all the Perfect Strangers fans! I've been watching on ION often, but I don't think I'm gonna be buying the DVD - the show is just not holding my attention. ekkostar 10-17-2007, 06:48 PM Well, at least it will make those PS fans over at 4Chan happy (Yeah, yeah, "Rules 1 & 2"). robby76 10-17-2007, 09:43 PM Perfect news! I'm definitely buying! Looks like Feb 2008 will be a busy month with Smurfs S1 and Punky Brewster S4 scheduled as well. TV_Fan 10-17-2007, 09:51 PM Yes, I hope Punky Brewster does get the Feb release. I think Shout said Feb wasn't official. At any rate at least we know it's coming. As for Perfect Strangers, I may buy if I can get it cheap enough. If it wasn't showing on ION I'd definitely buy. I just don't know if I'll enjoy it as much as some other shows I could spend my money on. HugeTVFan 10-17-2007, 10:34 PM Only one special feature? And there probably won't be any future seasons knowing Warner Bros....unless this set does truly awesome! TV_Fan 10-18-2007, 09:13 AM Only one special feature? And there probably won't be any future seasons knowing Warner Bros....unless this set does truly awesome! That's another reason I'm leary about buying this set. I eagerly bought Growing Pains fully expecting swift releases of future seasons, only to be let down. WB is getting worse and worse. I am disappointed by the fact there aren't more special fatures. There could be so much more. Hopefully the first set will sell very well and then maybe we'll get better features on futures sets. I know that's not the norm, but it has happenned before, at least with other studios (Family Ties). thebloodyscot 10-18-2007, 12:45 PM Now we can finally do the dance of joy! :D HugeTVFan 10-18-2007, 06:05 PM That's another reason I'm leary about buying this set. The list goes on and on. catlover79 10-18-2007, 11:06 PM It's about time - let's all do the Dance of Joy!! party: :bouncers Psparks 10-19-2007, 01:53 PM Box Art: http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/news/Perfect-Strangers-Seasons-1-2-Box-Art/8299 catlover79 10-19-2007, 02:39 PM Box Art: http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/news/Perfect-Strangers-Seasons-1-2-Box-Art/8299 Very cool art! Love the picture. :D Tubehead 10-20-2007, 01:20 PM heres a link when it comes out. heres link : http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/news/Perfect-Strangers-Seasons-1-2-Box-Art/8299 thebloodyscot 10-26-2007, 02:03 AM I actually wrote my votes for the favorites collection they were considering to release last year but never did (see my join date is a day after they announced they were considering it and wanted our votes). But it isn't posted because I took too long deciding and writing it in that time expired on me. I went back, but my information was gone. So I gave up on that. Just as well, since that was cancelled by the company. But now we finally will have the first and second seasons of the show on dvd in February! Yeah! Dean Winchester 10-28-2007, 12:21 AM I don't like the show but I'm happy for the fans. However, keep in mind this is Warner Bros. These guys suck if you're a fan of a long-running sitcom that isn't Friends or Full House. Even Fresh Prince, the most played out show on N@N, is a victim of abandonment from them. |
