I've been trying to get screencaps with this for the past few days, and I've seen that it's not working. Any solutions?
You need to set your video acceleration all the way down to capture the images. The computer I am using has version 11, so I am not sure how identical the steps will be. I will step you through version 11, so I can't imagine version 10 will be that different.

Go to Tools > Options > Performance > under "Video Acceleration," set it all the way to the left by "None" > click "Okay."

Then, test it. Hope that will help you. Good luck! :)
