I beg to respectfully differ. The Fish story was hilarious, full of great funny lines and physical comedy. The First Supper was ok, not great but not bad either. And a Gentleman always leads was downright hilarious. Sorry, but I don't know what show you've been watching. Although, maybe we just have different tastes in comedy. I'm just saying...with all due respect....:wave:

I couldn't disagree more. I thought last night's episode and A Fish Story were both better than the Pilot, and The First Supper was on par with the pilot. This show continuously delivers laugh-out-loud jokes, and is the best show every week this season!

I agree with the last two posters. The show has continued to get better.

I'm glad the ratings are stabilized for now with 4.0/7. Once Idol starts and gives it a big boost, I think and hope the show will be safe. Not only that, but I feel more confident after reading that article about the additional viewers via DVR playback.

The show has gotten better each week. I can honestly say this is one of my favorite current sitcoms. And I hear some people say it's the same old tired kind of sitcom that doesn't work anymore. To me it's a return to the classic sitcoms that did work. I like sitcoms that are filmed in front of an audience. I always feel a lot better after I watch them and afterall a sitcom is supposed to make you laugh and BTY does that in barrels.

It really is. :) I even like it when they say that it's recorded before a live audience. I can't even remember the last time I heard that on a sitcom. :lol:

I missed hearing that. I know Cheers and Happy Days always started their shows like that. :)

It is the great return to classic sitcoms. This show is fresh and original. If we'd see more sitcoms like this on the schedules instead of reality shows and trashy dramas, then the sitcom would be the biggestt hing on television again.
