Television can be a cruel medium. Trigger-happy execs have their finger on the Cancel button at a drop of a viewer. Midseason replacements are perched like vultures, waiting to feed on network freshmen who have fallen by the Buzz wayside. Here are five shows which have lost favor among Searchers in the past week.

“Back to You” (FOX). Who knew that Patricia Heaton would be among the most searched stars in this season’s crop? Still, despite the “feet” fetish she inspires, the star may not be able to lift this critically-slammed FOX sitcom from a Buzz downslide.

I hope they give Back To You and Journeyman a chance, they're both pretty good shows.

Boy, not good news for this show. This show is such a good, funny, classy show, but no one seems to be tuning in to see it. I think it did around 6.5 million last week . . . let's hope those numbers are up tonight.

Today's viewers are sick. They rather watch DWTS or AI then a good script comedy. With the writers strike coming all we're going to be left with are stupid reality shows.

Viewers today do not know what good television is at all. They have become so accustomed to watching reality shows for the last 5 years that they have no idea what a good sitcom is when it passes right by them. This show is the the best sitcom this decade, IMO, and one of the best since 1990. It's funny. The writing is crisp, sharp, an couldn't be better. The acting is phenomenal by everyone. It's everything you'd want in a sitcom, and nonly 6.5 million have been watching. Let's hope it gets back up to 7 mil. tonight . . .

At present I'm quite happy with the creative development of the show. It's such a shame that they are struggling with the ratings. In my opinion this show deserves much more recognition. Too bad there's so much badwill towards this show out there, but I guess America deserves every piece of trashy show and crappy reality show that's on TV nowadays.

Even the idea that there is a possibility that this show might get cancelled makes me sick to my stomach.
