We all know about the bargain Dean made at the end of last season to bring Sam back to life, but let's face it... Jensen/Dean is way too popular on this show to be killed off. Even if he does die, I can honestly see it being a season-ending cliffhanger and the next season would have them pull a Buffy and bring him back to life.

Anyone else think that there's no way, no how that Dean will die when he's the most popular character?

I'm pretty sure they'll find some way to keep him alive. TPTB would be complete idiots to kill either one of them off, especially if the actual one in question is the most popular character. The show would not be the same without either one of them.

They can't kill him off. They only have 2 stars. I think it could be a cliffhanger. I just hope the ratings hold so we can get a 4th season. This show never gets any publicity and it's one of the best shows on tv.

No way! Two new, recurring female characters (played by Katie Cassidy and
Lauren Cohan) have been added to the show. My hunch is one of them will
find a way to cancel out Dean's deal with the demon.
