Happy Weekend Everyone! What's going on?

Church - and on Sunday afternoon my company is having a skating party at a local rink, so that should be fun. Other than that, who knows? ;) :D

Well, since I have to get new brakes on Monday, I think i'll be staying away from all stores that want to entice me into spending money. So, I'll probably take a walk or work out on my exercise bike and just relax.

Going Pumpkin picking Sunday and a bbq...yes a bbq in October. lol

I am VERY stiff right now. I got on a Greyhound bus last night, headed back to my hometown for the weekend. The bus got to my hometown around 3:15 this morning, and I went to sleep an hour later... Got up at 11:30. But I made it home! :D Today, I'll be seeing my mom and helping a friend move into the new place that we will be living in together next month. :)

I'm doing the same old stuff this weekend. Its just another day off for columbus day .. ( Monday)!!

WORKING all weekend. . . . it never ends lol

I'm working this weekend from 5am- 2pm. So Saturday after work I am going to make a fall wreath out of some of the gourds that I picked from my mom's patch and then at 8 I am going to watch the Husker game. Sunday after work I am going to stay home relax, listen to a CD of our church service since I won't be there and then do some scrapbooking.

Since I am flat broke from all the travelling and drinking last weekend in Pittsburgh, I'm laying low this weekend to relax and dry out a bit.

I might have some plans with a ladyfriend tomorrow or Sunday at some time, but I haven't heard from her yet.

I got home a little early today so I'll probably watch the Yankees and do my laundry.

I rule!

I just got my computer back. Had to have a new CD/DVD player/burner installed. Being without a computer for two days is crazy. :crazy: However, it didn't really matter, because I am sick. I have a sore throat and a cough. I laid in bed for two days just so it wouldn't get worse. The weather is very windy and chilly. I have no choice but to venture outdoors today. I am keeping my fingers crossed that I don't get worse.

It's going to be another mellow weekend for me. My friend is busy with her fiance this weekend, so I'll probably just clean my room or do some laundry (and homework...can't forget that) when I'm not working at my job. I also want to finish a story I posted at fanfiction.net since the last chapter was posted about a month ago (don't want to keep my readers waiting!) This weekend will be a good time to get things done :)

Mmmmm, that does sound deeeeeelicious. But the only way I'd get a fresh homemade pot of chicken soup (or anything else) would be IF I MADE IT. :crazy: :lol: Yesterday my boyfriend was asking me, "Do you want me to BUY YOU ANYTHING TO EAT?" :lol:

Hey I have to say this week was great! Today I just hung out with my friend I bought the fast times at ridgemont high. Hope everyone had fun this week! Anyways this week I gotta watch a movie for my english class and just do a bunch of school studying stuff pretty much!
EVERYONE HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND!!

Tomorrow we're going to the Texas and Oklahoma game after the game we're going out to eat with my brother-in-law and his wife. Sunday it's Church and we're having a little gathering at our house. That's about it for my weekend.

I'm dog sitting my neighbor's dog this whole week. $20 a walk will pay off my $95 phone bill.

I'll be picking up a few hours at the video store tomorrow night, and ordering greek food, and catching up on half my shows from the week, tomorrow night.

Sunday, I'm going shopping for hoodies and pants, but I may scratch that until monday afternoon. Are there usually good sales for clothes on Columbus Day?

I went over to the autograph show today.
Of course, I looked right away for the "Three's Company" table (Joyce DeWitt and Priscilla Barnes).

I found it kind of fast; quite a few people waiting in line which I expected. It's usually less busy on Sunday.

I did take some photos which I will post on the "Three's Company" board soon. :)

This afternoon my roommate and i were bored so we went over to St. Patrick's Cathedral where he lit a candle and said a prayer for the New York Yankees.

They must be keeping you busy. I haven't seen you in awhile. :)

I went to a marching band contest tonight. I was in marching band for 6 years and I loved it. I haven't been able get to a contest in a few years so this was great I was able to make it. Bands were playing excerpts from West Side Story, Moulin Rouge, pieces from Bizet, Puccini, & Dvorak, one band did songs from Styx, and 2 bands did songs from Earth Wind & Fire. I even saw my band director from middle school!! I don't think I've seen him in 20 years!!

Tomorrow, my sister, mom & I are going to Epcot for the Food & Wine Festival, something we've been doing for the past couple years.

Ask him to get you the ingredients. Chix soup is EZ to make: Shredded carrots, chopped celery, chicken parts with skin (its the fat from the skin that seems to do the magic) & chicken bollion powder. Put ingreds in a big pot w lots of cold water and slowly boil. And it smells really good too! FEEL BETTER!

I've been so freaking busy this weekend. Got a LOT of moving done - still more to do though. But over half of it is done now. :) Yay! It'll be more of the same today, plus I'm gonna go see my dad I think.

My weekend was pretty good. Friday night after work I picked my man up at his house, then we came back to my house. Friday night we didn't do much just relax and watch TV, and then on Saturday we went Shopping at Walmart's I had to print out some picture's from my digital camera of my cousins birthday party from September. I'll be giving them to my Uncle this week sometime. I have to get a album to put the picture's in for my cousin. They all came out good. :) Today, I'm just waiting for Eric( my boyfriend) To wake up, to go back to his house, I'll be staying overnight there tonight, and i will come home tomorrow sometime. He wants to go to a bowling alley, ( Bar) to watch Football, (His Team) "49er's SF" I am not sure, on that one.:lol: I am not much of a bar person to watch football in i'd rather watch it at home. that's about it for my weekend. I posted my baby picture up on the thread (POST YOUR BABY PICTURE) This morning. so if you like leave comment's on that, thank you.

Irene, I hope that you feel better, soon (sending you postive vibes your way). I have found the best way to get rid of a cold, etc. is to drink a lot of hot tea with honey and lemon, and take a lot of vitamins. And, the weather here in Southern Cali, it is cold, outside; if all of you complaining about the heat, come to Southern California. Tonight, I was in Orange County, and it was in the mid-50s.
Enjoying the Santa Anas Tara? :eek: It is mild now. But early this morning the wind was howling. It was definitely hot here wasn't it? Geez. I am dealing with a dry cough that seems to get worse at night. I am drinking lots of fluids, taking cough medicine and lozenges. I had tea for a while now. It is soothing to the throat. However, hot tea today with these hot winds sure wasn't the day to have HOT ANYTHING. :crazy:

Got 2 essay's due. One for English on the Movie Manchurian Candidate and one for AP US History which I haven't started. OMG what am I doing here?? enjoy what's left of the weekend yall :wave:
