You know, I was thinking....if it's so hard to put this complete series on DVD right now (with the music, demand, whatever), why not give us a "Best of" set or volume with 8 or so episodes? Like they've done with Designing Women, Alice, Chico and the Man, Mister Ed, Night Court, etc - these aren't on DVD. Heck, even some series that are on DVD have 'Best of' or special collections, such as Green Acres, Andy Griffith, Cosby Show, Three's Company, Roseanne, Saved By The Bell, etc.

It seems they could at least get some episodes on DVD for us, even if it's not entirely the original music. It wouldn't be such a big undertaking like a whole season apparently is. Wasn't there a 'Best of' DVD released a long time ago?

I know. Just for now. I'd be fine with some songs there, some not, since it is just a best-of release. But, they may not want to spend the money with a best-of if they really want a season release to be out soon.

^that's true. I would rather have a whole season. I'm glad that I have all the episodes on tape though so that I can watch them with the original music.
