Good Lord, this was an eye-opener for me. I never knew that this was going on in their lives. Did anyone ever see this? Check it out:

I take it you're very young? Nothing new here. This stuff has been well known for decades. Lucy and Desi had one of those tragic can't-live-with-eachother/can't-live-without-eachother relationships. They had 20 years of marriage but in the end just couldn't hold it together. But they never really let go after the divorce, either, and stayed involved in eachothers lives until the very end. Such a complicated relationship. This clip is from a 1992 documentary produced by Lucie Arnaz, for which she won an Emmy Award. Are you really in Montross? I've driven through there several times on the way to visit my cousins near Kinsale.
but it was news to me. I Have the "I Love Lucy" show book by Bart Andrews. I already knew that Lucy and Desi did not have a good relationship but I didn't know that Lucy was all about work work work and her kids noticing that, especially Lucie.
Off topic, I did come from montross, VA but am in Richmond now. No kidding you have cousins in Kinsale?
