October 1, 2007 -- 'IDOL" queen Katharine McPhee is getting married to her 42-year-old boyfriend, according to reports.

The 23-year-old singer and her longtime bf, actor Nick Cokas, are "definitely engaged," sources tell OK! Magazine.

Cokas and McPhee were an item even before she tried out for "Idol" two years ago - though their relationship was kept undercover for "career reasons," she told an interviewer not long ago.

"They've been talking about it for some time," the sources told the magazine.
