when that happened to me, i put a lot of dissinfectant on it, wrapped it and let it grow out on its own, otherwise, a trip to the Dr is probably your only other choice

I took my pocket knife and scraped across where the splinter was until it poked out enough that I could pull it out. It hurt some and was sore for awhile but I got it out.

i just scraped out about 95% :p
