I have a proposal for Sony Pictures Home Entertainment: to release "Dennis The Menace: The Complete First Season" on DVD, showcasing all 32 episodes of the 1950s TV sitcom's debut season as originally broadcast on CBS, without commercials. Thanks.

I second that request. If Sony is worried that this show will not sell well on DVD. They are quite wrong! Dennis The Menace is very popular all over the world & would be a top selling DVD with kids of all ages. Let's crank this out Sony! Thank you.

I third that request. I have been to the sony website and they did not make it easy to contact them. You can also go to tvshowsondvd.com (http://www.tvshowsondvd.com) and vote for Dennis the Menace on dvd. They will forward the info to the studio to show how badly people want it on dvd. You do have to register to vote but it is quick and painless and you won't get spammed.

why do you "REQUEST" things on this board?, i highly doubt the networks are combing the message boards, nor will there be enough people to reply to garner interest. but good luck

That is true, that is why online petitions don't work. That is also why I gave the address of tvshowsondvd.com to vote and then the owner of the website will forward the information to the studios. He has contact with the studios to inform people of releases way ahead of time.
