I dont want to seem insensitive to anyones loss, but some of these stories of missing women, where everyone assumes the husband killed her, would make for interesting movies. Like Bonnie Haim case that was in a thread I just read. Everyone assumes the Hubby killed her(and I think so too)but what if she walked back into town one day all these years later. That would be shocking-and something like that would make a good movie

I think a movie based on the book "A beautiful Child" by Matt Birkbeck would be great, I just finished it and it's such a heartbreaking story :(

Yes I agree. Sharon seemed to have so much potential in spite of the monster who raised her. Who knows how far she could have gotten once she got out of his grasp. They still continue to try and find out her true identity. They have a sample of her dna (and have even found at least one of the children she gave up for adoption and I hear she is the spitting image of her mother) and continue to check it against girls who went missing around the same time she surfaced with Floyd.

Floyd is still alive, correct? I would beat the truth out of him! He is determined to take her identity and the whereabouts of Michael to the grave! I'm reading the book now and I'm hooked--but heartbroken! So they have found a child? Any other news on this? I would love to see a pic!
