Watching ESPN, and the anchor was showing the higlights of the phillies and said-"the phillies MISSED A GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY to gain ground on the METS.
HUH????-lol Now you tell me if that sounds like a sports anchor from a NATIONAL SPORTS NETWORK or a LOCAL PHILLY TV STATION.

how else is he suppose to say it? They did miss a golden oppurtunity to gain ground on the mets.
