Let's take a look at what's on tonight!

Chuck (NBC) - A geeky store employee accidentally downloads a bunch of government secrets into his brain, becomes a secret agent. Dude! That totally happened to my friend Rob last year! Except instead of government secrets it was some uh, pictures... He did meet lots of agents though...

The Big Bang Theory (CBS) - "Former Eight Simple Rules" chicky Kaley Cuoco parades around in nothing but a towel in the pilot episode because someone in Hollywood really really really likes us!

Heroes (NBC) The Peacock network's breakout hit of last season is back with more mutant hijinks and such. Oh, the cheerleader chick turned 18 this summer so you don't have to feel so creepy when you watch her.

Journeyman (NBC) - A reporter finds himself traveling back and forth from present day to 1987. We don't know why. Maybe he really wanted to see "Three men And A Baby" on the big screen like it was meant to be seen.

Dancing With The Stars (ABC) - Remember that girl who was on that show about ten years ago? Well, she's dancing in a pretty ball gown with some fancy lad who is wearing sequins and oh my freaking God you suck TV!!!!!! :wallbang

I watched BBT. Nothing special really. But I'll see if it improves.

Loved Chuck
Liked Journeyman

*Will be back for both next week*

Decent Big Bang Theory

*Will probably watch again, but not regularly*

Overall, I'm happy. I was pleasantly surprised by Journeyman.

Heros looks like a good show I need to check it out sometime but the only thing I watched on Monday was the Saints get straight killed by the Titians.

I don't know if anyone heard, but The Big Bang Theory built on How I Met Your Mother by 16% on Monday and actually beat Chuck in the ratings. See here :

6.0/9 for Big Bang Theory , with 9.57 million. 3.7/9 in A18-49

Chuck: 5.6/9, 9.28 million, 3.6 A18-49

How I Met Your Mother 5.3/8 8.27 million 3.2/9 in A18-49

Wow, so far this season, sitcoms are beating out dramas and reality shows-LOL

BBT and BTY were both REALLY close viewer-wise for their premieres, but it looks like BBT beat out BTY by just aobut .17 million. Definitely was not expecting that from the start.

Not many dramas have premiered yet... I'm certain at least one new drama on Wednesday does a lot better than a boring 9-10 million viewers(hopefully 2 or 3).

Brent, I strongly disagree. I think both Chuck and The Big Bang Theory both doing over 9 million while up against DWTS is quite and accomplishment. They also were up against each other, no less. If these shows up agains the # 2 show in all of television in DWTS get 9 million a week they will be doing very well for themselves. This is a very tough competition night for all the shows. Even Two and Half Men was down from last year's premiere.

I agree somewhat... 9-10 million is pretty decent against DWTS, I was mostly replying to someone else who said "the comedies are beating the dramas". Very very few dramas have premiered so far, it's not a good comparison.

Now whether the numbers hold up next week is another thing...

Yup, I just think about 9.5 million for both The Big Bang Theory and Chuck against that competition is pretty good. I think BBT actually beat Back To You, which had much less competition.
