Does anyone know what episode has Homer laying on the couch watching tv and then a commercial for some fast food place comes. The narrator to the commercial says something like this, " we start out with 1 pound of beef, top it off with cheese, bacon etc... and then deep fry it all" or something like that.

I have been searching through my dvds but can't find it, but know it's there somewhere. At first i thought it might be the episode where homer has bypass surgury by dr nick, but that's not it.
