Rosie O'Donnell has turned down the chance to appear on Oprah Winfrey's show to promote her new autobiography. The actress-turned-TV personality, who is currently promoting her memoirs Celebrity Detox, will snub a slot on The Oprah Winfrey Show for an interview with ABC anchor Diane Sawyer.

A source tells the New York Daily Post, "She's doing an interview with Diane Sawyer instead. Rosie has always been booked with Diane. We gracefully declined Oprah's offer. I'm sure Rosie will do Oprah's show another time."

I think Rosie just wants to have her interview take over an entire hour in primetime. :)

I was a fan of Rosie's back in the day, not so much anymore. But I don't see what the big deal is. So she'd rather be interviewed by Diane Sawyer than Oprah Winfrey.

With that said, sure I would have done Oprah's show, but it's not like she was nasty about it or pulled a Manilow. ;)

I don't listen to the ET shows, you would be shocked to see how
they spin the actual truth. I always get my rosie information from rosie herself. I have loved her from day one and shared everyday with her on the view and saw how the ET shows spun that day's "rosie rant" and it was nothing like they made it out to be.
