Yes. It's me! The only person on earth not to watch the King of Queens as it aired. I have recently "discovered" it in syndication and now I have a new favorite show!
I love Carrie and Doug's relationship. Kevin James is hilarious and is my second-favorite big guy next to John Goodman.
I really laughed at the one where the go to that awful bed-and-breakfast and they try to escape. (Turkey in the bathtub!).
A couple of questions: Did Arthur live there from the beginning of the show or did they add him later?
What is the ep. that shows flashbacks to when Doug and Carrie were dating? There was a great scene where Doug is cranking a dumb-waiter a mile a minute and it barely moves! I just happened to be flipping through the channels and just caught a glimpse of this scene.

It's better to become a fan late than never!! :)
Arthur moved into Doug and Carrie's house in the Pilot episode because he burned his own house down. So, he's been on the show from the beginning.
The episode with the flashbacks is called "Dougie Houser", it's from season 6.

Yay Stacy, glad to have a new fan of this show/board here. I hope you keep watching it, it is the one show where I love EVERY SINGLE EPISODE. I love Lucy is the second show after King of Queens where I love almost every episode, that Scotland episode ruins it for me.

Thanks for the info. I have no clue as to which season is which. I am not sure if they are being shown in order and I am catching it on different channels.
There are some episodes when Carrie seems a little chubbier. Were those ones early or later?

Where you see Carrie chubby, those are later seasons. She was either pregnant or just had the baby. She carried her baby fat for quite some time after she delivered. To me, that was ok, because I loved seeing that extra baggage on her. She still looked very beautiful. And also, it goes to show that having a baby can leave you with extra weight and it isn't easy for "Hollywood" women to get rid of the weight.
You will note in some episodes, she is obviously pregnant. Her clothes didn't hide the pregnancy well.
You will also note where Carrie seems to have a nasal problem or sounds like she has a cold. In real life Leah has allergy problems and it would sometimes be obvious in an episode when she had her flare-ups. Something I can relate to, since I too suffer from allergies.

Leah was pregnant during season 6 and gave birth a couple of months before season 7 started taping.

I still think she looked great. I just happened to notice the difference and was wondering.
