you guys and gals haven't missed any of these so far, so I delved into my collection for some rarer (more rare?) segments in hopes to stump you. This is Crystaldawn's second world title defense :) Again, I might provide clues if they turn out to be too tough. Let's see how everyone fares:

P.S. On the second one, I waited till just the right moment when he gets his pinky up in the air

I know 3 of them. :)

Wow, those are hard! I don't know any of those.

Crystaldawn, thanks for not giving away the answers... Except this time I don't know them!!!

These are so much fun, though. I need to study them a bit more...

CD, we need to set a time limit. When they aren't answered within a certain time limit, our UM experts like you should come in and knock 'em down and give us the answers!

I'll give you the even numbers

2 is Dr. Kerry Stanton - 4 is the late Judge Ruth Moskowitz (Sheldon Weinberg) and 6 is Zel Losef and her daughter in law Wilda from the Dr. Ted Losef case.

Edit: Wiseguy I know you are trying to make this more challenging but you might want to steer away from using the wide shots like #3 here - The reason is the dvds you ae sourcing these from aren't the greatest of quality anyhow and when you screencap them they actually go down in quality from there so its hard to tell whats going on in a wide shot. I mean no offense to either you or crystaldawn who made these dvds - its just an observation.

I had no idea Judge Ruth Moskowitz passed away - how tragic. :(

Actually, these ones aren't from CD's dvd's, I got them from SI. I could tell you what's going on in #3, but that would pretty much give it away. That particular shot wasn't going to be great anyways, it was taken from a store surveillance camera. But I'll give you a hint, see the guy in front with his arms outstretched? - he's trying to feel something.

you're three guesses are correct.

I think the third one is 'The Crash and Dash robbers-segment'.

I think number 3 is from "Dr." Iben Browning's segment. Dr. Browning projected an increased risk of a major earthquake on the New Madrid Fault around December 2nd and 3rd, 1990. No noticeable seismic activity was recorded in that area on those dates. The image is from The Loma Prieta earthquake, the earthquake that struck the San Francisco Bay Area, on October 17, 1989 at 5:04 p.m. The images from the Loma Prieta earthquake were used to introduce the segment, because, according to the segment, Dr. Browning predicted that particular earthquake using "weather" techniques, whatever that means. (He was a climatologist and business consultant).

#5 has me intrigued. I have a guess but I'll give everyone else a while to take a stab at it.

Is #5 from the Ethel Kidd segment?

#3 is Dr. Browning/earthquakes predictions, outstanding job there, phillipscurve! Great guesses on the others, but they're not correct unfortunately.

that leaves #'s 1 and 5 outstanding. I'll give a hint on #5 if no one gets it.

Well #1 is going to be really tough for most people as I don't think many people have seen that segment.

I'm less confident about my guess for #5 but is it possibly from the Steve Hadley segment? I remember them showing his bedroom with his wife in bed at the beginning and it may have showed a ceiling fan but not too sure if that is #5.

Great guess on #5, but unfortunately wrong. I'll give a hint for everyone: notice the significant sized black dot next to the ceiling fan.

I'll reveal #1: It's CW Roddy, in my favorite part of the segment where she slaps one of the drug dealers.

I'll make the next batch easier, as these were a tad tough.

Okay... the black dot on the ceiling fan. It's about someone slowing losing their site because I remember the black dot, and then as time goes by it grows and grows.

Dang... what was the segment though?!?

#2 is the one about the doctor who lived on Santa Cruz Island. Where they found the bones.

you are right, Todd Mueller. It was the Edgar Cayce segment. Thankfully, her vision was saved. Great job!, and that was a tough one. :clap

If I may say so myself, the next batch will be cool: it will be composite sketch-themed.
