Hi everyone,
For those of you that are passionate or knowledgeable about the show, the actors, etc.
I am looking for various ideas and talents to help promote the show in many facets.
Now let’s take first things first, now the first thing is you were getting me some catsup! He he
About me: I’m a 35 yo happily married male in FL. I hold an A.S. Degree in Music and Video Business.
I have been a huge fan of the show since my early teens and I guess you might say that I’m a “Full Grown Nut!”, or mental case, etc.
I honestly didn’t know much at all about RALPH (Peter & Bob), until I met Ralph on MySpace. I never realized that they grew to such proportions in such a very short time. So my new found pal Ralphie boy & I decided to make this our goal in life, to take over where they left off. Due to life’s challenges, Ralph can no longer dedicate all of his passion and efforts to our crazy hare-brained scheme, so I have decided to take the entire load on myself (legally speaking), along with help from others such as Jealous Garrity (Jay) and http://www.brothernorton.net/ (Rob).
My main goal is to promote the show, get it back on the air again, and bring joy and great memories to the elderly. My intentions are not of a monetary nature. However, if the opportunity presents itself, there is nothing that I would rather do more than travel the country and touch the hearts of many people. For this reason, I am considering getting back into the entertainment biz (as I was in college), possibly as a talent agent, promotions, etc. I recently met impersonators from across the country/world in Orlando, including many of the final contestant’s from “The Next Best Thing”
I realize that many of you have your own professional lives and can not afford to dedicate your services for free, which is understandable. This is currently what I am looking for (both paying as well as volunteers):
Writers: Fan club newsletters, compilations of history of the show & cast, putting scripts and skits on paper, exclusive interviews, as well as writing our scripts for shows that we put on, etc. You can remain anonymous, or full credit will be given for your hard work. Full Grown Nuts.Ltd.Co. will take responsibility for all legal/copyright issues.
Actors & impersonators: Look a likes, actors, relatives of the show, original cast members, etc. I currently am in contact with a Ralph, Alice and Norton out of Orlando, a Ralph and Ed out of CA. The location doesn't matter. All expenses will be paid. I would prefer direct contact, versus talent agencies.
A finder’s fee will be paid if we hire the talent
Video/Audio visual: Put together and edit small clips from the show (of DVD quality), add text and special effects, song recording, compilations, camera and lighting, photography and research, original songs, etc.
Promotions/Sponsorships: Promotions for the TH, our show, our fan club
Newsletter, etc. Advertising in our newsletters as a sponsor, sponsor our events (preferably corporate events), venues, merchandising, original art work, website design and anything else not covered above.
