Definitely DVDs, but I'm looking to build up my book collection (I only have about 50 books, unfortunately). It's a shame too because I like to read.

I have more books. But I am getting close with my DVD collection. I love to read. And I can't let a good book go. I can read a good book at least five times. I tell myself to give them to the library or the local thrift store, but I always feel like if I get rid of my books, I will want to read them again.

DVD's. It's weird that I can watch a movie 100 times but I can only read a book once, so I check out books from the library.

Books for sure. I have more books than I have space for because I love to read and I can't get rid of a book either. I have only a handful of dvd's. Now if you had said cd's, it would be close. I have around 800 cd's because I love all kinds of music. :)

OH Nuts!

DVDs--most books I just check out from library and read. Most of my DVDs are Season Collectons from old sitcoms.

Definately books.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE to read.
Whenever I see a book sale or something I snatch up as many books as I can carry.
And I only buy a dvd if I know i reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaally love the movie/tv show.
So often times, I watch my dvds more times than I can count

I probably have an equal amount of both but it's been quite a while since I last purchased a book. Books, videocassettes, and DVD's are things I've collected over the years.

Books - I've been collecting them far longer, and with greater intensity.

I have easily one of the largest private collections of books based on comic strips & comic books in my state. I've been adding to it since pre-1980, and also I inherited my dad & uncle's substantial stacks. Included are some multiple copies. For just one title alone, Will Eisner's The Spirit Archives, I have more than 40 of the hardcover books (which ran 26 issues). I refer to some for online info submissions to the Grand Comics Database, where I've passed 13,000 data contributions.
