I just watched "Too Many Crooks" and noticed that the actor who plays madame X has a VERY masculine body.

The actress that played Madame X was Alice Willis. She appeared to me to be a short lady, that may be why you see her that way.

They dressed her in baggy men's clothing to confuse the situation. The only way the cops knew she was female was that she took a hitch in her girdle. How sexist to base a profile on that! Times sure have changed. What woman nowadays would wear a girdle under pants, or at any time?

If I were robbing homes and I wanted to throw the police off the scent, I wouldn't wear a girdle or anything like that. Why would I care how comfortable I was or how feminine I was if I am robbing apartments? DUH!:crazy:
