I read on TV on DVD that Charles In Charge season 2 is coming, and Universal gave the show to TV guide! So I think GAB is gonna go there too!

I hope so too. It wouldn't surprise me, considering that Universal released the first season of both shows on the same day. If/when Universal gives GAB to TV Guide, I hope that TV Guide releases seasons 2 and 3 of GAB together!:)

TV Guide releases tv-on-dvd under Arts Alliance America's Hart Sharp Video. So far, I think they have released The Crow: Stairway To Heaven and Banacek. So this is really good that they are expanding into releasing a comedy series.

It would nice to see it released by a company that might actually put some extras on it. I have not seen The Crow or Banacek releases so I have no idea what kind of quality wise DVD sets TV Guide produces. I really want this show completely released on DVD (either here in the US or in Canada) so I'll take it from any company I can get it from. Let's just hope if TV Guide is releasing it they do a good job and include all original network episodes with all original music.

I agree. It would be great that if/when the remaining season sets of Gimme A Break are released, no matter which company releases them (either VEI, TV Guide, or some other independent company), that we would see some extras (in addition to the bonus episode from the following season), such as cast interviews, bloopers, promo spots, the original unaired pilot, etc.. :)
