Woodrow, hands down! Raymond Allen was always typecasted as a drunk, so he played the role of a drunk very well.

Woody! He was so good at it, he played another drunk - Ned the Wino on Good TImes.

Woody. He was the best at playing a drunk. Always hilarious and always watchable.

I agree Woody was the king of being drunk.. he was even Ned the Wino on Good Times.... I would have to say that Bubba came in 2nd though. He was a great drunk in the episode where the 'happy gangsters' were making Fred and Lamont keep a night club going.
