In answer to some questions, there are ways to get the entire series on DVD. Some sites offer it, but you need to realize it's not quite legal and what you'll get are simply shows recorded off TVLand or other cable channels. Some sites offer the entire series for several hundred dollars, and I would avoid those. I got most of my eps from taping them myself but I will admit to purchasing a series set from a site called Sell.com. It's like Craigslist, and I only paid $25. Again, I don't really condone buying these sets but since Sony has firmly stated they will never release the remaining seasons on DVD (I have Season 1), I felt I had no choice if I wanted to complete my collection. (If they ever change their mind and release the rest of the show I'll happily buy it!)If I had a way of copying from DVD to DVD I'd offer my set to you all for free. Again, it is technically not legal for people to record the show and sell it, but when it comes to shows not available any other way and which may never be, well...

I have a huge collection of studio released classic TV shows (Star Trek, MacGyver, Gunsmoke, Adam-12, Emergency!, CHiPs, Hawaii 5-0, etc) and will always support them whenever possible. I just wanted to share a possible avenue for my fellow fans. I have no ties to sell.com other than being a satisfied customer. PM me and I will give you the name of the person I bought mine from.
