You might want to add Roseanne to that list. I agree with your list. Too much of anything is not good. Some of those shows I have watched, but because of them being overplayed, I don't care for them anymore.

I'm tired of Fresh Prince, Cosby Show, and Gunsmoke.

I'd say only a few shows are really overplayed:

Gunsmoke (on TVLand)
Friends
Seinfeld
Everybody Loves Raymond
Scrubs

The last 4 shows are the ones taking over my syndication networks!

THE ANDY GRIFFITH SHOW
THE COSBY SHOW
MASH
the reruns of C.S.I. and C.S.I.: MIAMI on SPIKE TV and A & E

I'm sick of Fresh Prince of Bel Air. It seems like every time I turn it on Nick at Nite its Fresh Prince.

I'm hoping Home Improvement will get good enough ratings to justify the amount of aiirngs between Home Improvement and Fresh Prince. That way, if another show is just as popular, we'll be seeing both, not just Fresh Prince.

No, I also included a show on cable (Roseanne, which at least one other person has pointed out). I also included the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show since it has been on once the last few years as a special, and in my book that is once too many.

Seems like all there is on in my area are these shows, it's bad enough that they're on multiple channels, I don't really care for them at all:

Seinfeld
Everybody Loves Raymond
Still Standing
Yes, Dear
The King Of Queens
Roseanne
The Cosby Show
The Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air
Home Improvement
Just Shoot Me
Fraiser
Cheers
The Nanny
Married With Children
Will & Grace
The Simpsons
Grace Under Fire
That 70's Show

Well you just about named every show in the book! ;)

And I love Reba, but there is nothing justifiable about airing it at 6:00 and 6:30pm, then again at 8:00 and 8:30pm....ON THE SAME CHANNEL!

I Love Lucy.

Come on it's been over 50 years and that show is STILL on! let's get some newer, better shows on the air!

I'm going to agree with almost everyone and say 'The Fresh Prince of Bel Air" and "Roseanne".

All those western shows that come on TVLand. Come on and make some room for 'The Facts of Life' and 'What's Happening'.

Better than I Love Lucy? That show is a classic as proven by the fact that it remains popular after 50 years.
