It died about 5 years ago. The new logo is proof.

As much as I like Roseanne, I'd say it died right around the time Roseanne came to the network. Then it was dominating the whole network for a year or 2 before Fresh Prince came, and it all went downwards from there.

The new logo is proof. I've been telling myself I just have to move on and accept the Nick at Nite is moving in a new direction, and that we'll never see the shows we want to see on it.

It did die about 5 years ago...I'd have to agree. What a great network that was. It's so sad.

I completely agree. I could pretty much say the same thing about TVLand.

And as much as I love Full House, The Cosby Show, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, and Roseanne, I think that each of these shows are extremely overplayed. I think that N@N needs to ease up on these marathons. I think that N@N should have aired shows from the early and mid 1980's as well as shows from the late 80's and early 90's. In fact, I don't remember N@N spending a whole lot of time on shows from the 1970's. Does anyone else remember?

As for TVLand, I thought that the whole purpose for that network was to air classic shows that were not being aired in syndication anywhere else. Whatever happened to that concept? It would be great if TVLand would air shows from the 50's and 60's, as well as shows from the early 1980's, such as Gimme A Break! and Family Ties.:)
