Hey Everybody,
You know how we have Satellite Radio and Music Choice channels on TV where there are channels dedicated to specific decades of music (50's, 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's, etc.)? Well anyway, do you think that it would be cool to have TV channels dedicated to TV shows from specific decades? For example there could be a channel completely dedicated to 1980's TV shows, such as "ALF", "Family Ties", and "Gimme A Break!". It would be even greater if these shows could be aired uncut, like they were when they originally aired on their respective networks for the very first time! What do you all think about this concept? :)

that'a a fantastic idea, though mind you a lot of the old shows are worth watching over and over again. shame the same cannot be said about today's TV line-up eh? a channel of 80s tv shows like the a-team, diff'rent strokes, cosby show, roseanne etc, a 70s channel of TV shows such as the mary tyler moore, taxi etc, not to mention a 90s one too, now that would be so cool :)

I love your 90's schedule layout, except I would add Martin somewhere in the mix! One general concern with this concept is that I'm not sure which channels that shows that premiered in the middle or later part of one decade and ended sometime in the following decade (i.e. "The Wonder Years"- 1988-1993, "Full House"- 1987-1995) would air. I would guess the answer to that question would be whichever decade that the shows premiered. What do you think?:)

I would be nice until the networks change hands and suddenly the programming changes to reality show reruns and countdowns.

That's what I thought would work.
