I saw an episode a few weeks ago that I would like to watch again. I can't remember anything else in the episode other than JD was talking to the janitor (pretty sure it was the janitor) and the janitor says that JD always does a flashback, looks up and to the right, and does his stupid laugh. Then, of course, JD looks up and to the right, has a flashback (about his stupid laug) and laughs.
