The #1 comedy currently on television finally comes to DVD! The popular CBS situation comedy, which is entering its fifth season this fall, finally finds it way to DVD in the form of the first season. Join Charlie, Alan and Jake in this four-disc DVD set.

For those not familiar with the show, Charlie Sheen plays Charlie Harper, a single, swinging, wealthy bachelor, who likes his life. He does not have a single care in the world. That is, until his hapless brother Alan (played by Jon Cryer) moves in with his son Jake (played by Angus T. Jones). Tension quickly emerges, but they both can agree that they want the best for Jake. Charlie also finds himself bonding with his nephew, although his motive is the hope of picking up single mothers. In addition, complicating matters is Charlie and Alan's emotionally needy mother (played by Holland Taylor), Alan's icy ex-wife (played by Marin Hinkle) and Rose (played by Melanie Lynskey), who thinks that one date with Charlie means a lifelong commitment. Also starring is Conchata Ferrell (Hearts Afire) as Berta.
