I can't wait for the FALL PREVIEW to come out for TV Guide because I have already seen like 3 shows I want to check out just from seeing the promos

Also that BOX haircUT is gone-lol

He just didn;t look as dark as he did on the cosby. I spotted him again last night in a episode of fresh prince, the episode when will went back to philly the guy who played howard on the cosby show also played one of Will's friends back in philly and he had a bald head and no glasses

If you're black and you're out in the sun for long periods of time you get darker. But pretty soon you'll lighten back up to your normal color after a few months. That happens a lot in the summer months with black people. So black folks get tans too, just hard to tell sometimes LOL

Oh, be nice! It's his birthday today! :D

Of course, he has problems, but that doesn't give you any reason to joke about him. Actually, that only makes your jokes crueler. And I also have to point out, that his skin disorder and his surgeries are different issues. I actually have pictures, where Michael have clear vitiligo spots. He might have been through a treatment, so that his skin color changed more evenly, but I sure believe it started out as a skin disorder. Honestly, why not believe him instead of some trashy magazine?

He has done his mistakes, but no matter what he does, I have loved him for twelve years, and that's half my life. There's no going back for me, and I have to defend him. But I regret that this thread became a thread about him. That wasn't what was intended.

I grew up listening to the Jackson Five and later the Jacksons, and of course Michael as a solo singer. I love the guy to death, but when he blatantly lies and tells the world he has only had three surgeries on his face (a fact, not a magazine rumor, he stated this fact on television) he loses credibility in my eyes and apparently to others as well as far as the skin disorder issue.

The guy's nose is ready to crumble. Many plastic surgeons have stated and refuted Michael's statemtents that he only had one procedure done on his nose. I am going to take the word of several professional doctors over the word of a man who is obviously ashamed (for whatever reason) of the fact that he was black.

Okay, I'm speechless. Yes, Michael had a bad documentary, where many things came out wrong. Of course he hasn't done only two surgeries. But please still show him some respect! He's so much better than many other stars out there, who never get this kind of trashing. He's not ashamed of being black. He has a skin disorder, there are dozens of pictures, which prove his vitiligo, and he hasn't had surgeries to become white, but because he didn't like what he looked like. If he just wanted to be white, why doesn't he dye his hair blond and be happy what he looks like now? But he still has black hair, and he didn't like what he looked like thirty years ago, but he doesn't like what he has looked like since either. Yes, Michael has problems, but being ashamed of his blackness is not one of them. If you love him, I don't want to know what you do to people you hate.

I respect Michael, I'm only stating what I see, there's something mentally wrong with that man. He dyed his children’s hair blond, who does that to little kids??????? He wears lipstick and eyeliner and mascara in everyday use, but he says that he's straight. Fine if you want to wear makeup that’s fine with me. He's had boys in his bed, No grown ass man should have boys in there bed UNLESS their his own children.

And I've seen people with Vitiligo and mostly you see it when their a child, and we all know that Michael was a brown skin little boy, teen and man. But when he got into his 20's his skin began to change color, and fast

I want to see a picture of Michael with Vitiligo spots, I haven’t seen it.

Thank you. I had a classmate that had Vitiligo and it didn't happen overnight. She said it started for her when she was abt 7 years old. And she was 13 at this point in her life when it was still GRADUALLY working its way to other parts of her body. And there was no make-up she could use that would ADEQUATELY COVER HER SKIN without it being obvious. It was pointless. Michael looks like an person who is albino.

As for sleeping with little boys, NO ONE SHOULD DO THAT IF THEY ARE A GROWN MAN OR WOMAN. Michael thinks it is okay to lay in bed with boys, pre-teens? Gimme a break.

I will not defend a person who does that sort of thing and thinks it is ok. I have children, I wouldn not take it lightly if someone thought that was ok to do with my child in their bed.

I appreciate and love the Michael Jackson I listened to as a child, as a teen and as an adult for the SINGER AND SONGWRITER THAT HE IS/WAS. That Michael has been long gone.

I don't feel it's appropriate to discuss Michael any further here. After all, this board is about "The Cosby show", not him. I have pictures, but I don't think "The Cosby show" board is the right place to show them.

And about the sleepover with the boys, sigh... Nothing happened, so let's just forget about it! And he might release new material at any time now, so the singer/songwriter is not gone yet.

Even if there was a thread made abt Michael Jackson, I feel you will still find the discussion inappropriate. You don't have to read the posts that Brie and I are posting here. It is a discussion that grew out of this thread. Threads often trail off into a whole other topic.

I knew a lady, who had vitiligo too. She had spots like that. Look up vitiligo on the internet, and people will show photos of their arms with very similar spots. But Michael just could afford good make-up and the best treatment, I guess, so you don't see the spots too often.

OMG those pics are really clear. I hope it isn't computer/digital enhancement, I mean nowadays you can't be sure. Those seem to be off an official MJ website. Still those pics don't change the fact the guy slept with little boys and had numerous surgeries on his face that had NOTHING TO DO WITH VITILIGO. Making one's nose 10x smaller has nothing to do with a skin disorder. Making one's appearance so drastic as far as the facial plastic surgery makes one wonder what is really wrong that he is doing that to himself and on top of that lying abt how many procedures he has had. He was better off never talking abt it. Lying abt it only makes it worse.

I personally think that he shouldn't have bleached his skin. He could have use makeup and whatnot or nothing at all. I think that people would except him more if he would have just left his skin the way it was. It didn't take away from his talent. But I think that deep down inside he wants to be white.

I so agree with you. I mean, can you imagine the kind of spokesperson he would have been if he wasn't "hiding" the truth? What an inspiration he would be, especially to his legions of fans. But, he chooses to be "weird" abt it and untruthful in many ways, therefore, I can't help but believe he has a strong desire to be white. I mean, why change his nose? Why change his hair? Why change his chin? His kids are white. He married white women, he is surrounded by white people. You look up HONKEY in the dictionary and it has Michael's new face. ;)

Sigh... Are we still beating this dead horse?

There are still teenagers, even children, who become Michael Jackson fans. My generation was the last one to see him in concert, but we're not the youngest fans anymore. Youngsters ten years younger than me are willing to see past his mistakes. And this, if nothing else, shows his greatness. So if you refuse to realise how wonderful he still is, just because he doesn't still look like he did twentyfive years ago, it's your loss.

And I thought we had gone through the "bleeching" business?

He can say all he wants but none of us are falling for it. It is obvious the things he has done to himself and his children are bizarre. Even Lisa Marie said on Oprah that he was deceptive to her and he "used" her to make himself appear "normal" for the public. She was devastated because she really thought he loved her.
