Lost in Space.....Especially the first version ( which I prefer over the jazier second version )

Twilight Zone....Spooky and dramatic, like the show

M*A*S*H.....Actually has words (which are used in the movie, but not appropriate for TV)

I Love Lucy....Also had words, but they were rarely heard

I Dream of Jeannie.....the music is bouncy bouncy.....like Jeannie herself ( my bad ;) )

Some of my favorite T.V. themes are Buck Rodgers In The Twenty-fifth Century ( the closesing theme),Sanford and Son, Growing Pains, Maud, Taxi, Barney Miller, Night Court which is just awsome, Head Of The Class,Cheers, The Odd Couple, The Streets Of San Francisco and Two of my all time favorite themes are Benson and Soap. The theme from Soap has got to be one of the most slyly sexyest T.V. theme songs EVER. Very sexy, I love it. Does anyone know who composed the theme for Benson? It sounds like it might be the same person that composed the theme for soap.

Thanks for that answer Benson Fan. Some other of my favorite T.V. theme songs are from The Golden Girls, and The Facts Of Life. Two shows that I thought were only good for the theme songs then I tuned out, were The Courtship Of Eddie's Father ( by Harry Nilson) and Finders Of Lost Loves (sung by Dionne Warrick). Is it just me, but doesn't the begining of Head of The Class theme song sound like the Mork And Mindy theme song? Same network who knows?

I'm listening to it right now on Youtube. That's a beautiful song! I've never seen the show, so I'm glad someone mentioned the name of the song! Thanks!
