I didn't watch the show much but didn't Dan Conner from Roseanne wear flannel shirts often?

Didn't George Utley on Newhart wear flannel shirts too, as well as some of the other minor towns people on the show? Its been so long since I've seen the show that I'm not sure about it.

Who DIDN'T wear flanel during the 90s, or those denim button-ups for that matter? Not to mention the guys keeping thick, shoulder length hair or ceaser haircuts.
