There have been many rumors that it's not going to happen because S8 sales weren't up to Paramount's standards (actually, reports were that it didn't make them a profit). Hopefully that changes because a lot of us want the complete series.

Aww, thats awful. I was going to wait for them to put out the complete series of Cheers before I bought any sets.

Maybe they can skip putting out the last few seasons and just throw out the complete series.
