This place gives me a chance to talk television, something I can't do in the real world, because most of the people I know, don't like TV. They think I'm a nut, lol. While there's some people that rub me the wrong way, the majority of the people here are good people that I enjoy talking to.

I'll always be greatful to TJ for Sitcoms Online.

I'll never forget when John Ritter died. It was so sad and I wanted to talk about it. Luckily, I was a member here, because we all wanted to talk about it. In fact that whole year 2003 was a rough one (due to all those actors dying). But it was great knowing I could come here and talk about it.

After the baseball game my friends and I went to night church, adopted some puppies then helped some local kids build a lemonade stand so they can buy new band uniforms! Then we sang songs and talked about the vurtues of clean living and not having sex at all...

If you make it to the MOA, be sure to spend aside a lot of money for clothes, because there is no tax on clothes there. :D They have no tax on necessities (shirts, pants, shoes, coats, etc) and no tax on unprepared food.

Hey Todd. I just want to throw in my few cents, here and tell you, that SO has been an important of my life for the last four years. I first came here just to find information about Barney Miller and ended up meeting some pretty special people on this site. I know, I am far from being the perfect member of this board, (for which I am sure, I have offended people over the years with my off colored sense of humor); but this site ROCKS, it really does:)

Thank you TJ. You (may) know the story: I was searching the internetfor a particular Andy Griffith episode in April of 2006, and--you guessed it!--in the process discovered SO. There are countless message boards about virtually anything. I never considered posting on any of them and still don't. Well, I register on imdb about a year ago, but it seemed too impersonal to me; I could never get into it. On the other hand, there was something about SO--and I've mentioned it to other members--I felt this almost instant connection and became what I'd call good friends with several SO members. It's almost as if we know what the other's thinking. I feel that bond--plus many acquaintances. I wouldn't say I'm that frequent a poster; and I don't PM all that much. I pretty much stay on Chit Chat most of the time, but TJ, I feel a part of this 'family', if I can use that word, for it, to me, is very much like a family. I came to this site during my obsession with Facts of Life. It evolved into the gathering place of friends, at a time when friends were all too few. I needed this site and I learned a lot about myself and especially people and their differences, and prejudices and their love and support.

I've changed a lot in the six years I've been online. I've grown away from the site and returned, many times. But I've never regretted that fateful day when I stumbled upon sitcomsonline.

This project is certainly not a one-man show. You couldn't have done it alone. But it's a dream and passion you followed; and look what it's done so far!

Hey guys. I understand that you're making fun of our thread. I'm not trying to start anything, which is why I'm coming in. We never said we hated SO. In fact, I love this place. I wouldn't have met some of my best friends if I hadn't come to this website. We understand that our old thread got deleted for a reason, and it won't happen again. When it first happened, we were upset, but we're over it now. Can you please not make fun of us? We didn't make fun of you. And my thread title is from an amazing website that I'd prefer you didn't make fun of. I'm just trying to keep the peace. :(
