To piggyback on my earlier post regarding the error in the Separate Rooms episode, I thought we could have a thread where members can post other similar errors they have found. This is in no way to belittle the show, but done with respect for all the effort that goes into making this or any TV show or movie. But mistakes happen, some minor and some not so minor.

I am thinking of editing errors like when a camera cuts back and forth in a scene and there is a vase on a table, then it is gone, then it is back again, or continuity errors where a character is given a different first name in one episode and then a completely different first name in a later episode or set erros, such as when we see someone leave a house and there is a window to the right of the door but when we see the outside of the house there is no window next to the door.

I am sure others here have seen these types of errors. So please post examples as you come across them. Please include along with the description of the error, the episode title and the approximate time into the episode it occurs so when others watch that episode they know when to look for it.
