even though this annoys the hell out of me, I will watch the marathon since i never seen the show but I wish they could have celebrated the 30th anniversary of the Jeffersons 2 years ago since the show wasn't on the schedule either at the time

bot this is good that TV Land is going to be doing a 35th Anniversarry of The Bob Newhart Show.

Which episodes will be featured? Only four hours for a show like BOB NEWHART? They'll probably have a 48-hour marathon for the three-year anniversary of EXTREME MAKEOVER: HOME EDITION, now that they have that show on the regular lineup. It's a crime for a show with the magnitute of BOB NEWHART to only get a four hour gig for its thirty-fifth anniversary. There's a reason why people are still liking it so many years later, and they treat it as if it was just another timeslot filler.

Episodes are posted in a link on the blog. They don't have rights to air this show, so even a 4-hour marathon is great for a show they don't have access to. They could have not done a single thing.

That's great news. The Bob Newhart Show is so funny, and deserves the props. :D
