As of September 1st, Boy meets World is completely gone from the ABC Family lineup. Instead, at 3pm, Full House replaces it. On the weekends at 10am, BMW is also replaced by Full House. I have them all on Videotape from ABC Family. I really don't mind that they are going to stop them.

I'm almost positive we'll see it back on ABC Family in the future. They could just be having contract issues or something. I mean, ABC Family has aired all the TGIF shows for awhile now, and BMW was one of the most popular TGIF show out there. Maybe another network, like NAN, TBS, or WGN will pick it up. I think it'd fit well on WGN's lineup, considering they seem to be aiming more towards teens.

No, it isn't.

And, I think I know what may be happening here. Since it does seem very weird this show is leaving both networks around the same time, I did some digging (right) and I figured out that the Buena Vista is losing the rights to Boy meets World come this September, whihc basically means they can no longer syndicate or produce the DVD's for the show anymore. And, since Buena Vista owns Disney, Disney owns ABC, and ABC owns ABC Family, that must be the reason why BMW is off both lineups. I'm sure after things are cleared up, it will be back on at least ABCF.

i hope so, this show is SOOOO great... my fix of youtube and dvd's is just NOT enough.... i really have been waiting for some of the season 5 eps (one of my favorite seasons) to start replaying again so i can tape them, i guess i lost my chance this summer :(

I downloaded every season except for season 2 and watched them before the summer and watched it on abcfamily and disney channel over the summer so i can deal without it for awhile. i would like to see season 2 which i havent seen for about 2 years.

3pm was a pretty good slot . . . I always thought it did pretty well.

It's pretty weird how all of a sudden it gets dropped from the lineup altogether. I'm sure there's some reason for it.

But I think ABC Family chose not to renew BMW when it's contract was up in September, so at this point, I don't think it'll be coming back.
