THis is probably a silly question to ask, but during the first 4 seasons, everyone always referred to Chrissy as the prettier roommate, yet in my opinion, I always thought Janet was prettier. Chrissy always wore that dark makeup, with her pigtail off to the site, and it never looked that attractive to me. What does everyone else think?

I thought all the roommates were pretty, but if I had to put them in order Chrissy would be last. She was pretty, but not as pretty as everyone made her out to be, IMHO.

You're right. I'm looking at all the DVD covers above right now, and she was very attractive in the first 2 seasons. But by season 3, she got so dumb you could barely stand it! :crazy:

When I first started watching TC in 1977 I had a big crush on Chrissy and I was only about 12. lol I think she was very pretty during the first 2 or 3 seasons. I too think she became less attractive to me as the series went on by the way she wore her hair to the producers decision to dumb her down. I never thought Chrissy was that dumb early on...mainly a little naive. And when Suzanne Somers starred on Step By Step, I thought she was attractive again. Don't ask me why. :lol:

I definitely agree that Chrissy was prettier in the first couple seasons. The "dumb" act made her less attractive. I don't think she was the prettiest though. I think Janet was the more attractive roommate.

I agree. If I had to rank them from hottest to least hottest, she would be at the bottom of the list....And Roseanne8897, I also agree with you; Janet was prettier than Chrissy. I found Chrissy`s voice a bit annoying at times too.

I think she was cute in the first season, with her little mushroom look...It was that fuzzy perm in seasons 2 and 3 that I didn't like, at all.

But she was only in a few episodes in the fifth season. But, by then, she was almost unbearble to look at-LOL.

Once they started putting all the makeup on Joyce, and she cut her hair, she started looking better. I could never stand the afro-look she was going for in the second and third seasosn.

I think Chrissy was an absolute knockout, with a figure to die for. I think Janet was pretty, more cute actually. I don't think her looks were all that striking.

Speaking from a straight woman standpoint, I think Priscilla Barnes was actually the most attractive of the three blonds. Jenilee Harrison was more the All-American cheerleader type (in fact, she WAS a cheerleader), and I think Suzanne Somers looked a lot prettier in the first couple of seasons before she began bleaching the hair almost white. :eek:

Suzanne Somers is a lot prettier to me now than she was back on TC. I mean, I'm not saying she was UGLY (far from it), but I always thought Janet was the prettiest of the girls. But that's just personal preference :)

No, I haven't seen any recent photos of Loretta Swit, but your description sounds scary. :eek: Why can't these women see that face lifts and collagen just make them look WORSE?? Sophia Loren is in her 70s and still looks beautiful, and I've heard she's never had plastic surgery (at least, on her face). Then again, I may be partial to Miss Loren because we have the same birthday - and I'm 45 years younger than her!!

Like most people said she was pretty in the early years she was on. She was believable as the good girl because she looked like one. By the time she left, to me anyways, she looked like sleaze.

Suzanne was far more attractive on Step by Step and is today than she was on Three's Company. Chrissy's hair was so bleached it often looked white to me and those goofy pigtail hairstyles I guess went with the character.

I think Joyce DeWitt is the hot one on the show, I love it when she struts her stuff wearing those tight tops and tight shorts. Mercy. :eyes:

None of the other cast members did much for me, I have to say -- although later I was definitely a fan of Vicky (Mary Cadorette) from Three's a Crowd. One scene that I really thought that she outdid herself was when she was wearing a nice pair of bluish-greys slacks and went charging towards the bathroom! At the time Suzanne was doing the show, there were lots of magazines, etc. I recall that asked women whose body they would most like to have -- among celebrities they had seen. Overwhelmingly the top response: Suzanne Somers! So in those years, unquestionably Suzanne ruled, at least among women who were polled!

Priscilla should've been the 3rd roomate all 8 seasons. Cindy could've been a guest once in a while. It should've been Jack, Janet, and Terri as the main 3 the entire show.

Suzanne never should've been part of the show to begin with.
