Bill hires his office cleaning woman to help Mr. French.

Nancy Walker's first appearance as Emily the cleaning lady. In my opinion, this is where the series jumps the shark.

Tue---The Return of Maudie
Mr. French knows a noblewoman (Ida Lupino) as a former barmaid.

Wed---Stamp of Approval
Jody woos a girl to get a stamp for his collection.

The girl is played by Lisa Gerritsen, who played Phyllis' daughter Bess on "The Mary Tyler Moore Show" and "Phyllis".

Thu---And Baby Makes Eight
Cissy brings home a soldier's pregnant wife (Linda Kaye Henning of "Petticoat Junction").

Fri---Class Clown
Bill asks a comedian (Joyce Van Patten) for a date.

Also featuring Erin Moran of "Happy Days" as one of Jody's classmates.
